The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious offering impressive views of the National Museum or the Mekong river. The staff are helpful and friendly, providing top-notch service. Breakfast is great, with high-quality a la carte options at a reasonable price.
It can be noisy in the evening due to pigeons flying around.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location right on the river front was perfect for enjoying the bustling restaurants and vendors in the area. the noise level could be bothersome, especially with pigeons flying around the room in the evening. Lastly, the check-in staff had difficulty processing payment and the airport pick-up service was unreliable.
